• Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order, these items are reserved for you and taken from our available stock. We then ship them when they arrive in our store. Pre-ordered items are puchased when you place your order and your credit card is charged at that time. Because these items are no longer available for others to purchase, and as our inventory is purchased we re-order available stock,  any canceled orders/items will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. We will do our best to exchange sizes for you, but if unavailable a full in store credit will be issued.
   
• Special order are made especially for you.  If we do not have available anymore your size in the style that you would like, we will place a special order to Deux par Deux  just for you with a 20 % deposit entirely refundable if we are not able to get it.  We are proud to say that for the last season, we were able to get more than 98 % of all our special order.
   
• You can benefit from a layaway plan by giving a nonrefundable minumun
  deposit of 20% of the final amount of your order.
   
• Your order will be reserved for 30 days.
   
• If we don't have all your items because the different collections arrived at different times, we will extend your layaway time by giving us a second deposit.  So, you will save on shipping charge!
• Inventory is updated every 24 hours. We will notify you immediately if an item you ordered is out of stock. We do our best to keep inventory up to date on a daily basis as to avoid this inconvenience. If you see a picture that does not have sizes listed underneath it, that means we are out of stock. It is a good idea to check back with us as our inventory changes regularly. We do our best to keep our inventory accurate, but occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, you may order an item that we are out of. If this happens you will be notified prior to your order shipping to decide how you would like to proceed.

• Your parcel will be send in the 48 hours following the reception of your complete payment, except if you pay by check.
   

• You can combine your purchases with another person and will send the parcel at this address and you will share the shipping charges.

Sizing

We often get questions about how this brand runs is size. With our pre-order , we may not know this information until it arrives in our store. Many of the 100% cotton items are subject to shrinking even if the fabric has been pre-washed.  We are happy to measure specific items upon request when in stock. 

• We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the purchase excluding preorders and sale items.  Take note that shipping fees are non refundable.
   
• The item must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving it.  All tags must still be attached and the item must be in the same condition that it was upon reception.  Please note that we carefully check each garnment for any flaws before it is shipped to avoid any .
   
• Clients are responsible for all shipping costs unless it was a mistake of ours.  If so, we will do the exchange with no charge.
   
• Any returns that we may accept at our discretion that do not meet our return criteria will be creditec at the items current sales price minus a 25 % restocking fee.
   
• Goods returned after 28 days will not be accepted.
   
• It may take up to 30 days to process returns.  If you have not received a rufund or credit within that time, feel free to contact us.
   
• Always label your returned package as 'Returned Canadian Merchandise'.  Do not forget to include your name, address and telephone number.
